Mr. Tiruneh Refera is a senior legal expert with extensive experience of over 17 years. He served as a judge at District, High and Supreme Courts of Oromia Regional State and as the president of State high Court. He has also worked as private attorney representing clients in Oromia and federal courts. He currently practices law at Guma Advocates Law Firm LLP as a senior partner. Mr. Tiruneh holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Jimma University, Ethiopia.
